In the New Patient phone call, one of our Care Advocates will go over medical history, scheduling, and the process for your New Patient appointment. Simply call our office during office hours, send us an email, or fill out the New Patient form below, and we will call you at our earliest availability.

After scheduling an appointment with one of our Care Advocates, you will be sent a welcome email along with new patient intake forms. This form can be completed from the comfort of your home and will need to be completed 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please give our office a call if you have any questions.

You will have a 1-on-1 visit with the doctor to discuss your health concerns and the reason for your visit. We will evaluate your goals and determine if we are the best fit for helping you. If we determine that we are not the best fit for you, we will find a clinician that can serve your unique goals.

At the conclusion of the initial health consultation, we will perform a comprehensive chiropractic examination and evaluation utilizing INSiGHT Scans. During this examination, we will gather the necessary information to make an initial recommendation which would include chiropractic care or referral out to another healthcare professional.

Your report of findings will be scheduled for your second visit in our office. This will allow for the doctor to share your INSiGHT Scan and exam findings with you. You may invite anyone in your family to accompany you, if you choose. Your Report of Findings includes a detailed analysis of the problems that brought you into the office and the recommendations for care that will assist in relieving these issues. Our recommendations are comprehensive and have the chance to be the solution that you have been seeking.
